‘SOLD STC’ simply means that the selling process isn’t yet complete. The sale is ‘subject to contract’. A buyer has made a successful offer, but the sale of a property in England and Wales isn’t legally complete until all contracts are exchanged. We keep details of these properties to give buyers an idea of prices and availability in different parts of the country. If the sale doesn’t go through, the property may come back onto the market and be available to view again.
