The Site is operated by My Homes UL Limited, GW Business Centre, Great West House, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9DF. My Homes UL Limited is registered in England under the company number 06849231.

2.1 My Homes UL Limited reserves the right to alter or delete the services offered on the Site at any given time without prior notice being given. My Homes UL Limited does not accept liability for a lack of access to the Site or services at any given time or prolonged period of time.

2.2. My Homes UL Limited reserves the right to limit usage of or deny access to the Site and services at any given time.

2.3. All information provided to you by My Homes UL Limited - e.g. ID, password, and any other allocated codes for account access – must be treated as strictly confidential and must remained undisclosed to any third party. If you do disclose it to any other third party, My Homes UL Limited reserves the right to terminate access to your account as the terms and conditions have been breached.

3.1. In accordance with clause 3.2 it is permissible for users to print and download materials from the Site for the non-commercial purposes provided that:

3.1.1. no alterations are made to Site documents or their accompanying graphics.

3.1.2. no graphics from the Site are used without the accompanying written content.

3.1.3. no copyright or trade mark announcements are removed.

3.2. The user must agree to refrain from:

3.2.1. using any of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes until issued a license for such purposes from My Homes UL Limited’s licensors.

3.2.2. copying, reproducing, republishing, downloading, displaying, posting or communicating in any way the materials the Site is comprised of, unless the license indicated above is first obtained.

3.2.3. offering a link to the Site from any other website unless given express permission to do so in writing from My Homes UL Limited.

4.1. My Homes UL Limited is the owner and licenxee of all intellectual property rights in the Site itself and any materials displayed on it - unless otherwise declared.

4.2. The authors of the literary and artistic creations in the materials displayed on the Site have declared their moral right pursuant to Section 77 of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 to be identified as the author of those creations - unless otherwise declared.

5.1. Any information within the material displayed on the Site is for information purposes only and does not constitute advice. My Homes UL Limited renounces all responsibility and liability that results as a consequence of any Site user placing reliance on any Site materials or using them to advise any third party using the contents.

5.2. Subject to clause 5.3.and to the degree allowed by law, My Homes UL Limited explicitly excludes:

5.2.1. all conditions, warranties, and any and all other conditions which might otherwise be inferred by statute, common law or the law of equity.

5.2.2. any responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect or resultant loss or damage sustained by users as a result of using the Site, including without limitation any liability or responsibility for:

5.2.2.1 loss of income or revenue.

5.2.2.2. loss of business.

5.2.2.3. loss of profits or contracts.

5.2.2.4. loss of expected savings.

5.2.2.5. loss of information or data.

5.2.2.6. loss of goodwill.

5.2.2.7. wasted management or office time and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however occurring whether caused by a breach of contract or otherwise or by tort (inclusive of negligence), even if predictable.

5.3. My Homes UL Limited does not exclude liability for death or personal injury that may occur as a result of its negligence nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Site may include material submitted, created, provided or uploaded by site users and any other third parties. My Homes UL Limited does not accept responsibility or liability for such materials or any illegal occurrences that result as a consequence of these materials and any possible errors, inaccuracies or omissions contained within them.

Any other links from the Site to other sites and services and resources provided by other individuals, companies or organisations are detailed for user information only. My Homes UL Limited does not have any input or control over such links or the information/materials to be found after clicking through to them, and therefore accept no responsibility or liability for loss or damage to the user as a consequence of Site users and any other third parties using such aforementioned sites, services and resources.

8.1. Upon submitting any and all materials to the Site, the user:

8.1.1. instantly gives My Homes UL Limited a permanent, royalty-free and irreversible right to reproduce, alter, edit, revise, publish, display, translate and create derivative content or materials from, circulate, exhibit or perform any such works wholly or in part, on a national or international basis

8.1.2. relinquishes all moral rights in such contents or materials.

8.2. acknowledges that My Homes UL Limited does not have any duty to publish or display any material or content submitted to the Site.

8.3. agrees not to post, submit or upload any material, content or images that are deemed to be:

8.3.1. threatening, defamatory, offensive, abusive, likely to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, blasphemous, pornographic, in breach of privacy, in breach of confidence, or

8.3.2. material, content, or images for which the user has not obtained a relevant license/approval in writing, or

8.3.3. which amounts to or advances behaviour that could be regarded to be a criminal offence, encourage civil liabilities, or otherwise be deemed to oppose the law or violate the rights of any third party in the UK or;

8.3.4. which is technically injurious, including without limitation – bombs, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted data, unsafe data, harmful software and components.

8.4. My Homes UL Limited agrees to give its full assistance to law enforcement authorities or comply with court orders requesting the company to reveal the identity of, or locate any individual or organisation posting or uploading material deemed to be in breach of clause 8.3.

9.1. My Homes UL Limited treats and processes any user personal information in adherence to the conditions laid out in our Privacy Policy. Any use of this site automatically results in the agreement on part of the user to be subject to any such treatment or processing of personal information gathered by My Homes UL Limited and the user warrants that any information provided by the user is accurate to the best of the user’s knowledge.

9.2. My Homes UL Limited carries a data protection registration and abides by the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

In the event of any term, condition or provision of the Site terms and conditions being deemed to be unlawful, void, invalid or for any reason unable to be implemented, the validity and implementation of the remaining terms, conditions and provisions will not be affected or prejudiced thus.

The Site terms and conditions comprise the complete agreement between the user and My Homes UL Limited in relation to the subject matter herein.

The Site terms and conditions are administered by English law. The English courts will have absolute authority over any claim arising from or related to the Site.
